VIP Lounge services are designed for people willing to enjoy maximum comfort, optimum time and effort saving.

The service within the VIP Lounge distinguishes by a comfortable atmosphere and a modern design, including a whole range of services provided at take-off and landing by a professional personnel who duly notify passengers and accompanying people of the take-off/landing time and the check-in procedure.

The passengers are consulted and assisted during the tickets and luggage registration, the border, customs and sanitary controls etc., performed before/after getting into/out of means of transport.

In case you need to carry out negotiations, for an additional fee, you can hire the Conference Hall, having a seating capacity of 8.

The services provided in the VIP Lounge before the take-off comprise the following:

• quick performance of the necessary formalities
• assistance in luggage carriage
• ticket and luggage registration
• free service within the snack bar, offering you a wide range of snacks and beverages
• computer, facsimile, scanner and printer made available for your use
• free wi-fi
• press
• passengers’ accompanying and transportation to the aircraft
• provision with the requested information

The VIP services offered after landing consist of the following:

• passengers’ pick-up from the aircraft by an employee of the VIP Lounge
• transportation to the VIP Lounge by a special minibus
• quick performance of the border and passport controls
• assistance in luggage carriage
• provision with the requested information
• free wi-fi

The payment procedure for the provided services shall be performed by the dispatcher-cashier.

The payments shall be made in cash, by transfer or card.

You can order the provision of VIP services by fax/telephone, dialing +373 22 52 41 74, or by e-mail vip@airport.md, indicating the landing/take-off date, flight number, surname and first name of the passenger to be serviced within the VIP Lounge.

VIP CAR Service

The VIP CAR is a service which adds luxury to your trip, giving you the opportunity to enjoy every second before/after your flight.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the professional personnel who will always be at your disposal for granting you the highest level of service.

A comfortable car will carry you to your destination site through the VIP Lounge and to the aircraft, if necessary.

For being provided with the VIP CAR services, please contact the VIP Lounge at the phone number (+373 22) 524 174 at least 4 hours before your flight, or enter the website www.airport.md, not later than 12 hours prior to the take-off.
