Passengers with reduced mobility Dear passengers, we kindly ask you to request special assistance when you book your ticket.

For each passenger with reduced mobility, a special request shall be made, not later than 72 hours before the departure, in order to create all the necessary conditions for transportation, both by the airline and the ground handling divisions. The request must be filled in by the ticket sales agent and sent to the airline medical service.
